This paper takes the Ecological Collaboration (E) dimension of PETSFIT’s proprietary PETS differentiation strategic model as the core research object. It systematically analyzes the brand’ s dual operation system including cross-border localization and cross-industry scenario linkage. The research verifies that this two-way symbiotic ecosystem can help the brand expand diversified customer groups and increase overall customer unit prices, thus forming unique differentiated competitiveness. Targeted optimization suggestions for global ecological layout are put forward in this paper, which can provide practical references for domestic brands engaged in pet travel supplies.
