Abstract

The airport economy, as a new type of economic form developed around aviation hubs, has become an important growth point for high-quality regional economic development. This article systematically analyzes the development model of Huangshi City characterized by 'driving through three parks, integrating multiple chains, and linking two cities'.Use the SWOT matrix analysis method to examine the strengths and weaknesses of the development of the airport economy in Huangshi. At the same time, by drawing on the development experiences of typical airport economy zones both at home and abroad, we offer suggestions for optimization from four dimensions-'upgrading hub efficiency, cultivating industrial clusters, breaking through factor bottlenecks, and deepening regional collaboration'-to provide theoretical support and practical reference for Huangshi to become a model airport economy in the Wuhan metropolitan area.
