Study on the Impact of Intellectual Property Protection on Digital Trade

Abstract

Using panel data of 250 Chinese municipalities from 2011 to 2022, we will employ threshold regression methods to examine the effect of intellectual property protection on digital trade via the progress of digital technology and changes in the commercial environment. Intellectual Property Protection Promotes the Development of the Digital Economy and Enhances Regional Power. Innovation and institutional environments have improved, and as educational attainment has increased, so too has this situation. The three results are the first three policy recommendations for economic development.
