Recycling of expired drugs is one of the important measures to protect the ecological environment. To explore the influencing factors of residents' willingness to participate in the recycling of expired drugs can promote the recycling of expired drugs to a certain extent. The research is based on the planned behavior theory model (TPB) and Revenue risk analysis model to uses structural equation model to conduct empirical analysis and discusses the influencing factors of residents' participation in expired drug recycling behavior in China. The results prove that: economic cost and recycling attitude has a direct and significant impact on recycling intention, Perceived benefits and Information publicity through subjective norms and recycling attitude generate direct influence on recycling intention, perceived risk through perceptual behavior control generate direct and indirect influence on recycling intention, perceptual behavior and control subjective norms can not directly affect the recycling intention.According to research result, from Information publicity and government pushing and Improve the recycling system and other respects Make relevant suggestions, can effectively improve the willingness of Chinese residents to participate in the recycling of expired drugs.
