Abstract

Using variational inequalities to study the closed-loop supply chain network equilibrium under the participation of old products in the second-hand market opened up by network sellers. By considering the profit impact of the quality of old products at all levels of the closed-loop supply chain, it is found that the more old products a manufacturer recycles, the greater the profit they receive; The change in product quality coefficient has little impact on the recycling cost for online sellers when their products meet the recycling conditions. The more old products can be recycled, the more profits they will earn. And the higher the quality coefficient of second-hand products, the greater the positive impact of the supply chain under the participation of the second-hand market on online sellers and manufacturers.
