Under the profound influence of digital technology, numerous manufacturing enterprises have adopted digital transformation strategies to optimize and upgrade production processes. This enhances their ability to address both internal and external challenges, thereby improving their competitive position in the industry. Taking Hikvision as a case study, this research aims to thoroughly explore the current status of its digital transformation, including driving forces and specific implementation measures. Building on this foundation, the paper evaluates Hikvision's post-transformation profitability, operational efficiency, and growth potential using three key financial indicators: return on equity (ROE), total asset turnover ratio, and net profit growth rate. Ultimately, the study summarizes Hikvision's successful digital transformation experience and provides actionable recommendations for other enterprises implementing similar initiatives.
