Taking the prefabricated building industry chain as the research object, a series of studies are carried out by using the niche theory in ecology. Based on the characteristics of prefabricated buildings and the nature of the industrial chain, the construction and operation of the prefabricated building industry chain are analyzed at the macro and micro levels. This research analyzes the future development trend of the prefabricated building industry chain in China from such aspects as policy, economic, social and technical factors and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions in the development process, providing theoretical reference and constructive ideas for the development of China 's prefabricated building industry chain.
